We sell only hardware and do not include any software with our laptops. Our 30 days warranty includes battery. We garantee at least 30 minutes charge. Because we sell mainly expensive corporate models, quite a number of our laptops has remaining manufacturer's warranty - usually from 3 months to 1 year.
